3. Rack rate: 15,000/- Pak Rs. excluding taxes as per Government regulations.
4. Discount: Flat 50% till 30th Ramadan
5. 50 % advance will be required for confirmed reservation.
6. Cancellation will be considered 10 days before the reservation date & one-day rent will be deducted from the advance payment. After that, advance payment will not be returned back. Shareholder can request booking without advance payment. Booking of other categories will be against advance.
7. Advance Payment will be made through cash deposit/ATM transfer/ cross cheque to account of UESPPL, Credit Card or in cash. Balance payment will be made prior to checkout.

GENERAL RULES/INSTRUCTIONS

1 Administration right to check the apartment any time & vacate it if required due to unavoidable conditions
2 Administration will not be responsible for customer loss in case of fire, theft or any unavoidable conditions
3 In case of leaving before remaining confirmed days, complete rent of total booked days will be charged
4 No one can stay in the apartment whose name is not entered in the register. Moreover, any guest or servant can not stay after 10:00 pm
5 No special medicine or any harmful tool will not be supplied in the apartment.
6 Maximum persons that can stay in an apartment will be not more than 6 adults or total of 8 including children / maid
7 Late departure after checkout time will not be allowed if apartments are booked for next day. Even in case of no booking for next day, departure later than 3 hours shall be charged @50% of daily rent.
8 Rent rates are based as per different categories & season wise.
9 Free of charges, Toiletries and Serving will be provided as per approved list available with Manager Guest House.
10 In case of damage to property of GH by negligence of the occupant, same will be charged on the market price of new for similar one.
11 No drugs & weapons will be allowed in GH.
12 The premises shall not be used for any illegal activities.
13 UESPPL has ensured good level of security, however, guest are advised to safeguard their valuables. UESPPL is not responsible for any theft or loss.
14 Extra one mattress we have allowed per room @ 500/- Per Night.
15 If one room is booked per portion, it be charged at 70% off per day rate of portion.
16 In case of self-cooking, LPG supply can be provided @ 500/-per day per portion.
17 Any kind of breakage or damage of inventory will charged as per market rate.
